When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (if you sign up with Google) your Google profile information. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

2.2 Form Data

When you build forms, we store the form definitions, field configurations, styling preferences, and submission settings. When customers fill out your forms, we store their responses, uploaded files, and submission metadata.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, forms created, submissions received, and feature usage.

2.4 Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps. IP addresses may be used to determine approximate geographic location for analytics purposes.

2.5 Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Resend — for sending submission notification emails
• Google — if you use Google OAuth for sign-in
• Law enforcement — if required by law

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Our session cookie (formukl8.sid) is HTTP-only, secure in production, and has a 7-day expiry.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Form submissions are retained until the form creator deletes them. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Formukl8 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification.
